​After years of working with various SOMs on the market, we repeatedly encountered inefficiencies and subpar drivers provided by manufacturers. To overcome these limitations, we developed emd-OS, our own custom Linux-based operating system, designed for speed, reliability, and efficiency.

By optimizing processor and memory resources, emd-OS enables the simultaneous operation of two high-speed CAN buses with zero data loss, seamless execution of Modbus queries, and the smooth operation of our eFlow rule engine, all while maintaining enough capacity to integrate future functionalities.
